The steady surge in demand for housing has made 2011 a banner year for many property firms.

“We strive to provide our residents livable areas conducive for a convenient lifestyle where everything is within reach. Most of our projects have lifestyle amenities that include a pool and a community chapel,” Hilario shared.

The company’s developments include the 110-hectare premier development Bellefort Estates located in the Daang Hari-Molino area of Bacoor, Cavite.
